We’re Dan, Rebecca, and Tyler—two firefighters and a nurse—who live, work, and raise our families right here in beautiful Northern Colorado. Our journey started in service to the community, and that passion continues through our work helping people stay in their homes, protect their property value, and age in place with dignity.

As first responders, we’ve seen firsthand how much a safe, well-maintained home means to individuals and families. We started this business because we saw a real need: helping Northern Colorado homeowners take care of their homes with the same care and attention we give our own.

• Dan (firefighter) and Rebecca (nurse) were both born and raised in Northern Colorado and are now raising three kids of their own—ages 23, 20, and 17.

• Tyler (firefighter) has called this region home for over 20 years and is raising three little ones—ages 6, 4, and 2.

• Dan and Rebecca also care for aging parents in the area, giving them deep insight into local resources and the importance of making a home safe, comfortable, and long-lasting.
