We’re Dan, Rebecca, and Tyler—two firefighters and a nurse—proud to call Northern Colorado home. After years of serving this community as first responders, we saw a real need: helping homeowners keep their homes safe, well maintained, and ready for every stage of life.

Born and raised here, Dan and Rebecca are raising three kids and caring for aging parents, giving them firsthand insight into what families need to stay comfortable and independent. Tyler has lived in the region for over 20 years and is raising three young children of his own.

Whether you’re supporting aging parents, maintaining a family or second home, heading south for the winter, or simply trying to keep things running smoothly, we’re here to help—with the same care and reliability we give our own families.
